The latest version of Office Ability now incorporates a powerful newsletter publisher. Communicate more effectively with your customers and stakeholders. Create professional HTML newsletters and bulk emails right from the Office Ability backend and send to an unlimited distribution.

Our most recent feature is a full feature, professional bulk email/newsletter application that will allow you to extend your marketing reach. Office Ability NewsCaster will allow you to collect online subscriptions from any website (can integrate with other components or websites) using a simple “Subscribe” function. Subscription requires email validation for spam prevention and subscription forms can be personalized.

You are able to create default HTML templates and assign the templates to various mailing lists. Access level control allows you to define what user group can subscribe or view your Mailings.

You are able to create professional emails from the Office Ability back-end control panel. You may add attachments, insert links, upload graphics, and schedule your bulk emailing to optimize network resources.
