How does the 14-day free trial work?
You will have full access to all functions and features for 14 days to allow you to fully explore the applications. If you choose not to purchase, you will have the opportunity to opt out, the trial will expire after 14 days and there will be no billing.

How does the 14-day trial work with NetworkAbility optional tools?
The trial version will contain the entire OfficeAbility suite of tools.  If you decide that some tools are not required for your needs you may customize to your requirements upon purchase and you will only be charged for those features you subscribe to.

Can I change my requirements at any time?
Yep. Simply contact our Sales Support and you can change your subscription plan and/or user level. 

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
ProjectAbility is a pay-by-subscription service.  You may opt-in for an annual subscription in which case you will receive a 10% discount and billing will be in advance for the extended period. Otherwise, default billing is for 3 month periods, and may be cancelled at any time. 

Are there per-user fees?
OfficeAbility & NetworkAbility have user-based pricing. Adding ProjectAbility to these applications results in an incremental charge also based on user level. ProjectAbility as a stand-alone application is priced based on project spaces and includes unlimited users and clients.  

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express using PayPal payment gateway. We can also accept payments via wire transfer.

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all OfficeAbility plans include encrypted password protected user access security.
