How does the 14-day free trial work?You will have full access to all functions and features for 14 days to allow you to fully explore the applications. If you choose not to purchase, you will have the opportunity to opt out, the trial will expire after 14 days and there will be no billing.
How does the 14-day trial work with OfficeAbility optional tools? The trial version will contain the entire OfficeAbility suite of tools. If you decide that some tools are not required for your needs you may customize to your requirements upon purchase.
Can I change my requirements at any time?Yep. Simply contact our Sales Support and you can change your subscription plan and/or user level.
Do I have to sign a long term contract? OfficeAbility is a pay-by-subscription service. You may opt-in for an annual subscription in which case you will receive a 15% discount and billing will be in advance for the extended period. Otherwise, default billing is for 3 month periods, and may be cancelled at any time.
Are there per-user fees? OfficeAbility have user-based pricing. OfficeAbility may be easily upgraded to a higher user level as your organization grows.
What types of payment do you accept?Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express using PayPal payment gateway. We can also accept payments via wire transfer.
